Prime Steak House is the kitchen of Chef José Candelaria—a culinary professional with over 20 years of experience across some of the most recognized restaurants and hotels in the industry, including the Sands Hotel and Casino in San Juan, Marriott Hotels and Casino, Café Valencia, La Fonda del Paraíso at the Orlando Airport Marriott, and Gaylord Palms Resort.

A Bronze Medal winner from the American Culinary Federation, Chef Candelaria is known throughout his career as a visionary and a passionate craftsman.

At Prime Steak House, that depth of experience shows in every plate. We cook our steaks over real fire, with fresh ingredients and a team that takes every cut seriously. Our certified halal cuts are chicken, filet mignon, porterhouse, ribeyes, chicken wings, and lamb. Located inside the Orange Blossom Lofts in Orlando, we're open Tuesday through Saturday.
